Is there any other way to interpret her resignation speech? How many times is “change” included? Obviously, the “team” is the Republican party and she wishes to “pass” her governership so that she can unselfishly lead the Republicans to victory in the national finals. Her slogan should be “2 Stupid 4 Stimuluses!”
